EKO Cyprus completed the EKO Smile App Competition making it the most successful EKO Campaign of the year!
On the 20th of December 2023, the big Smile App Competition, which exceeded all expectations from a participation point of view (more than 3,500,000 entries), came to an end with a festive evening at the Hilton in Nicosia. Winner of the fourth and final EKO Smile Challenge was Christiana Constantinou, who won the fourth Mercedes Benz A-Class!
EKO Cyprus management, stakeholders, employees and their families, service station owners, media representatives and selected guests all watched with suspense the fourth EKO Smile Challenge and stayed on to enjoy the festive surprises that EKO Cyprus prepared for the evening.
Santa Claus gave out gifts to the children, young Nefeli from the organization “Charisma” sang Christmas Songs in general the voices of the children everyone’s smiling faces transformed the event into a celebration of love!
Centre stage as the evening’s presenter was once again well-known TV and radio producer Andri Karantoni, who welcomed the two contestants and the audience in a particularly uplifted, festive mood. She went on to give the “green light” to kickstart the LIVE and innovative – for Cyprus - selection process in order to decide the winner. As with the previous challenges, the fourth challenge comprised of three rounds which focused on the history, journey and development of EKO Cyprus.
It is worth noting that the winner Christiana Constantinou won a Mercedes Benz A-Class, worth €42.550, as she won the challenge. Mr George Gregoras, CEO EKO Cyprus handed her the keys to the fourth and final Mercedes Benz A-Class.
By following strict standards and the rules of the competition, as with the previous three EKO Smile Challenges, the fourth contestants’ selection process took place on Wednesday 13th December 2023 on the platform random.org which does not allow any human intervention throughout the process. The specific process was initiated by the Mayor of Strovolos, Mr. Andreas Papacharalambous, and in the presence of a legal advisor in order to ensure transparency, as well as the Managerial team of EKO Cyprus.
At the completion of the 4th EKO Smile Challenge, Mr George Gregoras, CEO EKO Cyprus, stated that, “tonight EKO Cyprus completed in the best and most festive atmosphere, the big EKO Smile App Competition! Our joy is even more so tonight, because we have with us, among others, the families and dedicated customers that have made the EKO Smile App the absolute star in their daily transactions.
