On Thursday 21st of March 2024, the Managing Director of EKO Cyprus, Mr. George Gregoras, announced the official launch of the improved and upgraded formula of the company’s premium diesel fuel, Diesel Avio Double Filtered, during a press conference held at one of the most prestigious buildings of the capital. The upgraded Diesel Avio Double Filtered fuel, that incorporates innovative aviation fuel filter technology, will be available at all EKO stations across the island.
As Mr. Gregoras stated “EKO works continuously and tirelessly towards meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of diesel consumers and the upgraded Diesel Avio Double Filtered formula is designed to do just that. Not only by incorporating the latest technology additives for maximum performance, but by creating a product that provides high performance and efficiency”.
Mr. Gregoras went to on to describe the unique benefits of the improved formula, stating that “…the upgraded double filtering technology was developed for exceptional engine cleaning results, superior engine performance, lower emissions, reduction of fuel consumption by up to 4.1% with a substantial increase in Cetane number of up to 3 units.”
Attendees included EKO Cyprus executives, representatives of all major media groups and other distinguished guests. Upon their arrival at the lobby of “360 Nicosia”, which was adorned with Diesel Avio Double Filtered inspired décor, the guests were welcomed by a team of “ground attendants” that accompanied them to the Sky Lounge on the 10th floor.
Upon completion of the press briefing, guests had ample time for networking, take photos, ask questions and take a closer look at a specially curated mockup depicting the premium double filtering technology… in all its glory.
