For the second consecutive year, Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus supports the historic climbing of Platres, with EKO RACING 98 making this fascinating journey even more enjoyable. The climbing of Platres is rooted in the 1970s and its revival over the last two years has been welcomed with great enthusiasm and interest among motorsport enthusiasts.
The Platres climbing race took place on the 22nd of October and is part of the climbing championship by EKO. A total of 30 participants competed, while more than 5000 spectators who attended the event, swamped the streets of the village, creating a spectacular ambience.
Representatives of Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus were there in order to present the awards.
