The «Staff Awards Ceremony» for the service station employees, who demonstrated exceptional performance during 2016, was held on March 19, 2017 with great success. Additionally, all employees with more than 20 years of service in EKO petrol stations were also honored during the ceremony.
The staff training program was launched 5 years ago, with an aim to help service stations employees to improve the customer service. This program was later upgraded with the creation of the “EKO Petrol Station Employees’ Academy”.
The “EKO Petrol Station Employees’ Academy” gives the opportunity to all service station employees to enrich and deepen their knowledge on customer service techniques, to enhance their competence in the field of Energy and therefore to contribute effectively to the Company’s competitiveness.
During this year’s ceremony, the following employees were honored:
• Sixteen (16) excellent employees who demonstrated exceptional performance during 2016, based on the assessments done by instructors during their visits to the service stations.
• Twenty-two (22) employees who completed more than 20 years of service in EKO service stations.
• The team members of one service station, who organized on their own initiative a sales promotion event.
The main objective of the “EKO Petrol Station Employees’ Academy” is the ongoing training of service station Managers and Employees to enhance their skills required to successfully carry out their day-to-day duties, while offering the best possible service to the customers in a completely safe environment.
