The Retail Championship competition was organised again for the sixth continuous year by all affiliates of the Hellenic Petroleum Group. The awards were presented to the winners of the competition during a ceremony that took place at the Hilton Park, in Nicosia on June 23, 2017.
The contest aims in evaluating the EKO petrol stations of Group, namely in Greece, Cyprus, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Serbia, BP petrol stations in Greece and OKTA petrol stations in FYROM. The contest is conducted throughout the year and each country participates separately. The Petrol Stations Managers’ along with their Sales Executives’ evaluation is based on specific, quantitative criteria which target the safe operation of the Petrol Station, more efficient customer service and annual business targets achievement.
The Retail Championship is on the top of a series of initiatives adopted by the Group in order to achieve services’ and products’ continuous improvement and optimization to the final consumer. These initiatives’ adoption has led Group commercial companies in leadership positions in the countries where they operate.
The awards were presented to the winners by Management Team Members of the Hellenic Petroleum Group and its subsidiaries.
