1. The promotion is run by EKO CYPRUS LIMITED (AE109) (the “EKO”) and will reward EKO Smile app users with a €10 (Ten Euro) cashback voucher for purchases of any 4 Liters Castrol Edge or Castrol Magnatec lubricants from EKO gas stations.
2. The promotion will run from 01/10/2025 to 31/12/2025 or automatically lapse upon the issuance of the maximum number of one thousand (1,000) cashback vouchers to EKO Smile users.
3. All adults permanently residing in Cyprus, and users of EKO Smile app, are entitled to participate.
4. Each participant is entitled to claim, during the promotion period, a maximum 5 cashback credit of €10 cashback each through its EKO Smile wallet.
5. The promotion awards, i.e. cashback credit, is considered as strictly personal and therefore cannot be exchanged, transferred, replaced or redeemed.
6. Participation to the promotion amounts to unconditional acceptance of all present terms and conditions.
7. EKO has no obligation and/or liability towards promotion participants other than the express obligations stated hereto.
8. EKO reserves a right, without further notice, and at its sole discretion, to vary and/or withdraw and/or cancel and/or terminate and/or extend or reduce the promotion’s duration and/or alter any other competition term.
9. EKO undertakes no liability or obligation regarding the facilitation of internet access as a means to access promotion; and the promotion contestants shall at all times be responsible to procure that their digital identity is duly protected.
10. The promotion shall be valid until 31st December 2025, hence any participation thereafter shall automatically be considered as void.
