COMPETITION - OFFICIAL T-SHIRTS SIGNED BY P. GIANNAKIS TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The competition titled ‘OFFICIAL T-SHIRTS SIGNED BY P. GIANNAKIS’ (hereinafter the ‘Competition’) is organised by EKO CYPRUS LIMITED, a 100% subsidiary of HELLENiQ ENERGY group of companies which is Gold Sponsor of the National Basketball Team and Event Sponsor of FIBA EuroBasket 2025 (hereinafter the ‘Organizer’).

2. Participation in the Competition is open only to adults who permanently reside in the Republic of Cyprus.

3. The Competition shall take place on the Organizer’s official social media platforms of Facebook and Instagram.

4. The Competition will run from 15.09.2025 to 18.09.2025 (hereinafter the ‘Competition Period’). Entries submitted outside the Competition Period shall be void.

5. Employees of EKO CYPRUS LIMITED, including employees of affiliated advertising, promotional, or other third-party associate companies, together with first- and second-degree relatives, are not eligible for participation

6. Competition participants are required to complete the two (2) steps process, i.e. tagging a friend on Competition’s social media post and by following the @EKOCyprus Instagram page. Successful completion of these allows participants to enter the Competition draw.

7. Three (3) winners shall be randomly selected by draw, each receiving an official t-shirt of the Cyprus National Basketball Team signed by Panagiotis Giannakis.

8. Each Competition prize is considered as personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other good/service.

9. Competition winners shall be drawn electronically and notified by private message to their Facebook or Instagram account.

10. The Competition draw shall take place on 19.09.2025, and winners will be promptly informed by private message.

11. Competition winners must collect their prize within seven (7) days from notification day. Collection can be made either at the Organizer’s headquarters or by delivery subject to prior arrangement. If a prize is not collected within specified period it will be forfeited, and the Organizer reserves the right to award it to an alternate winner.

12. The Organizer shall collect and process participants’ personal data solely for the purposes of conducting the Competition, completing it, and communicating with winners, and the said data processing shall be made in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

13. The Organizer reserves a right to amend, postpone, or cancel the Competition, as well as to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. Participation in the Competition constitutes a full, explicit, and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as in force at the time.
