1. The competition titled “EKO BASKET QUIZ” (hereinafter the “Competition”) is organised by EKO CYPRUS LIMITED, which belongs to HELLENiQ ENERGY group, the Gold Sponsor of the National Basketball Team and Event Sponsor of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 (hereinafter the “Organizer”).
2. Competition participation is exclusively reserved for adults whom are permanent residents in the Republic of Cyprus.
3. The Competition will be held onOrganizer’s official Facebook and Instagram page.
4. The Competition will run from 27/08/2025 to 08/09/2025 or subject to stock availability (hereinafter the “Competition Period”). Entries submitted after the Competition Period deadline will be void..
5. Employees of EKO CYPRUS LIMITED, as well as employees of affiliated advertising, promotional or other partner companies, including first- and second-degree relatives, are not allowed to participate in the Competition.
6. Each Competitionparticipant must answer correctly the question posted by the Organized at its official social media pages. Each participant is allowed to submit an answer per question. 7. For the entire duration of the Competition Period a number of fifty-five (55) winners will be drawn per week. Each winner will receive one (1) FIBA EuroBasket 2025 commemorative gift, i.e. a basketball ball,a gym bag, a sport bottle, a cap or any other gift determined by the Organizer from time to time..
8. Each commemorative gift is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods/services.
9. Winners will be selected by means of an electronic draw and will be notified of their win by a private message at their Facebook or Instagram account.
10. Winners must claim their prize within seven (7) calendar days of clause 9 notification. Collection of winning prices would take place either at Organizer’s headquarters or by delivery subject to prior arrangement. Failure to claim the winning prize within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture, and the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
11. The Organizer collects and processes participants’ personal data solely for organizing and/or conducting the Competition, including communicating with relevant Competition winners, and furthermore any data collection and processing shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
12. The Organizer reserves a right to amend, postpone, or cancel the Competition, as well as to modify the present terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. Participation in the Competition constitutes a full, explicit, and unconditional acceptance of the present terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
