1. The competition titled “Write the correct answer and win” (hereinafter the “Competition”) is organized by EKO CYPRUS LIMITED (AE109), a member of the HELLENiQ ENERGY GROUP (hereinafter the “Organizer”).
2. Participation in the Competition is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older who are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus.
3. The Competition will be conducted solely on Organizer’s official Instagram account.
4. The Competition will run from 22.06.2026 until 29.06.2026 (hereinafter the “Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will be invalid.
5. Employees of EKO CYPRUS LIMITED, as well as employees of affiliated advertising, promotional or other cooperating companies, including their first- and second-degree relatives, are excluded from participation..
6. Each Competition participant must answer correctly the question seton Organizer’s official Instagram account, while tagging a friend of his, and following the Instagram account of EKO CYPRUS LIMITED (i.e. @EKOCyprus).
7. Fifty (50) winners will be selected and each one will win 1 (One) collectible EKO Rally Acropolis miniature.
8. The prize is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods/services.
9. The winners are selected through an electronic draw and notified by private message on their Instagram account. If a winner fails to respond within seven (7) days from notification, it shall be deemed that suchwinner has forfeited the prize and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
10. Each winner should collect the prize within seven (7) days from acceptance. Collection may take place either at the Organizer’s headquarters or by delivery, subject to prior arrangement. Failure to collect the prize within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture and the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry which it reasonably considers incomplete, false, fraudulent or submitted through fake or automated accounts.
12. The Organizer may request proof of age and/or permanent residency in the Republic of Cyprus before delivering the prize.
13. The Organizer collects and processes all participants’ personal data solely for the purposes of organizing, administering and communicating in relation to the
Competition, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary for the above purposes.
14. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the Competition, as well as to amend the present terms and conditions, whenever reasonably necessary.
15. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with the Instagram platform in any way.
16. Participation in the Competition constitutes full, explicit and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.).
