Terms & Conditions
1. The Nicosia International Festival Competition is being run by EKO CYPRUS LIMITED (AE109) (the “EKO”) which shall award 50 (fifty) two-persons
invitations for the upcoming Nicosia International Festival 2025 in regards to games
below:-
- 15 (Fifteen) two-persons invitations for BODIES AND NARRATIVES by Bodyterranean & Giannis Haroulis to be held on 25/10/2025 at 20:30;
- 20 (Twenty) two-persons invitations for "CRAZY ANTONIS" by Penelope Delta to be held on 16/11/2025 at 10:30; and
- 15 (Fifteen) two-persons invitations for "WITH NO SETLIST" by Panos Vlachos to be held on 2/12/2025 at 20:30.
3. The competition draws shall take at EKO’s headquarters on:
Wednesday 22/10/2025 for ‘BODIES AND NARRATIVES’ draw;
Monday 10/11/2025 for "CRAZY ANTONIS" draw; and
Wednesday 26/11/2025 for "WITH NO SETLIST" draw.
4. All adults, permanently residing in Cyprus and members of “EKO Smile" app, are
entitled to participate in the competition.
5. For every purchase of at least €25 (twenty-five euro) in fuel (Diesel Avio Double
Filtered, EKO Racing 98, EKO Racing 100, EKOnomy 95, Heating EKOnomy,
Agricultural Diesel, Kerosine) made through “EKO Smile” app; consumers will
receive 1 (one) participation entry accordingly (€25 = 1 entry, €50 = 2 entries, €75
= 3 entries and so on).
6. For every fuel purchase of at least €25 (twenty-five euro), including an in-store
purchase from any EKO gas station store (excluding tobacco products), made
through “EKO Smile” app; consumers will receive 5 (five) participation entries
accordingly (€25 = 5 entries, €50 = 10 entries, €75 = 15 entries and so on).
7. For every goods purchase of at least €25 (twenty-five euro) from any EKO gas
station store (excluding tobacco products) made through “EKO Smile” app;
consumers will receive 5 (five) participation entries accordingly (€25 = 5 entries,
€50 = 10 entries, €75 = 15 entries and so on).
8. For every purchase of at least €25 (twenty-five euro) in fuel (Diesel Avio Double
Filtered, EKO Racing 98, EKO Racing 100, EKOnomy 95, Heating EKOnomy,
Agricultural Diesel, Kerosine) made through “EKO Smile” app; and by using the
pump activation service consumers will receive 5 (five) participation entries
accordingly (€25 = 5 entries, €50 = 10 entries, €75 = 15 entries and so on).
9. For every purchase of at least €25 (twenty-five euro) in fuel purchases, including
goods purchased from any EKO gas station store (excluding tobacco products),
made through “EKO Smile” app; and by using the remote payment service
consumers will receive 5 (five) participation entries accordingly (€25 = 5 entries,
€50 = 10 entries, €75 = 15 entries and so on).
10. Furthermore, competition participants have a right to convert EKO smiles (digital
points) into competition entries, hence, consumers shall receive per 25 EKO app
smiles 1 (one) participation entry.
11. The competition awards are considered as personal and therefore cannot be
exchanged, transferred, replaced or redeemed.
12. The delivery of the competition awards shall take place only with the production of
a contestant’s identity card or passport.
13. Additionally, it is stated that any new competition entries following the lapse of the
competition shall not be acceptable whatsoever.
14. Participation in the competition amounts to unconditional acceptance of all present
terms and conditions.
15. Any of the following categories of physical persons are precluded from
participating to the competition: holders of EKO Corporate Card, staff of EKO,
owners and/or managers of EKO gas stations including its personnel, personnel of
EKO’s advertising agency and/or any first-degree relative(s) of the said persons.
16. EKO shall not have any other obligation and/or liability towards competition
participants other than the express obligations undertaken to present terms and
conditions.
17. EKO reserves a right, without further notice, and at its sole discretion, to vary and/or
withdraw and/or cancel and/or terminate and/or extend or reduce the competition’s
duration and/or alter any other competition term.
18. Competition contestants confirm, warrant and undertake that they are not
whatsoever connected with EKO and/or any of its affiliated entities, and that they
do not have nor they will have in the future any ownership claim, demand or other
pursuit related to intellectual property matters of EKO and/or its affiliated entities.
19. EKO undertakes no liability or obligation regarding the facilitation of internet
access as a means to access competition; and the competition contestants shall at all
times be responsible for procure that their digital identity is duly protected.
20. Competition participants provide their unequivocal consent and authorization to
ΕΚΟ for the promotion of the competition through radio or/and television or/and
print media or/and electronic press or/and social media or/and the internet;
including a right afforded to EKO to publish the names and/or particulars and/or
photos of the competition winner(s) in an array of digital platforms, and the
circulation of relevant video footage, photos, reels or any other form digital
imaging.
21. The competition shall be valid until 26/11/2025, and any participation thereafter
shall automatically be considered as void.
22. Lastly the competition contestants provide EKO with their unconditional consent
in the following format: -
‘DECLARATION OF CONSENT’
The competition participant hereby declares that he/she has been fully aware of all
competition terms and conditions and accepts these in their entirety. The participant
further declares that he/she has no claim present and/or future against EKO CYPRUS
LIMITED (AE109) acting as the competition organizer nor an analogous claim against
any of EKO’s affiliated advertisers, employees or associates for that matter.
The participant expressly provides his/her consent and authorization to EKO CYPRUS
LIMITED, as the competition organizer, including EKO’s affiliated advertisers to
promote the competition results on radio, television, printed press, electronic press,
social media and/or the internet. Within this framework, and without limiting the
generality of the previous proposal, the participant provides, without consideration,
his/her explicit and unconditional consent and authorization to EKO CYPRUS
LIMITED to publish and/or make public a list of the competition winners and/or
runners-up, including a right to publish participant’s photographs, films, videos and/or
reels.
Participation in the competition implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the
participant to submit his/her personal data with competition organizer EKO CYPRUS
LIMITED (AE109), including the latter affiliated advertisers, for promotion or other
purposes, and such data processing shall be performed in accordance with the
provisions of the Protection of Natural Persons about the Processing of Personal Data
and the Free Movement of such Data Law of 2018 (L.125 (I) 2018) and/or any other
applicable law
