EKO supports athletics for the 5th consecutive year





EKO announces the continuation of its strategic partnership with the Cyprus Amateur Athletic Association (KOEAS), as the Title Sponsor of the 5th EKO Cyprus International Athletics Meeting, which will take place on May 29, 2026, at the Tsirio Stadium in Limassol.

The press conference for the presentation of the event will be held on April 28 at 11:00, at the Olympic House Cyprus, marking the beginning of another dynamic year for the event.

Through this collaboration, EKO actively supports initiatives that promote the values of fair play, excellence, and perseverance, principles that are embodied authentically in sport.

This year’s event is expected to reach new heights, attracting internationally acclaimed athletes and generating strong interest from both the Cypriot and international sporting community. Among those set to compete at Tsirio Stadium are Olympic gold medalist, World Champion and European Champion in long jump, Miltiadis Tentoglou, as well as Emmanouil Karalis, Olympic bronze medalist and this year’s World Indoor silver medalist and European Indoor Champion in pole vault.

For yet another year, the EKO name will be integrated into the identity of the event, while its logo will be featured across all promotional materials, athletes’ bib numbers, as well as television and digital coverage, enhancing the company’s visibility both in Cyprus and internationally.
