EKO is Awarded by Great Place to Work®

EKO Cyprus is pleased and proud to announce that the company has been certified by Great Place to Work®, following an evaluation by its personnel. Scoring high on the "Trust in Management Capabilities" score, EKO Cyprus reaffirms, yet again, its goal to maintaining a safe and human-centric work environment that promotes collaboration, a good work culture and opportunities for continuous training and professional development.


The company was also distinguished with more than satisfactory scores in seven more categories: “How the company dealt with COVID-19”, “Proud to Work Here”, “Increased Responsibilities”, “I want to work here for a long time”, “My job is more than just a job”, “I would recommend EKO” and “Contribution to the Community”.

In order to be certified by Great Place to Work®, EKO Cyprus had to be evaluated by their own employees. The procedure is based on the Trust Index© survey and is anonymous, the survey focuses on five key factors that are related to reliability, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie with colleagues. This combination composes the overall experience that every employee has daily in their workplace.

With all these factors, EKO has earned a position on the «Cyprus’ Best Workplaces™ List 2022», which awards the company after its continuous efforts to maintain a permanent position as a safe, meritorious and friendly workplace.

While waiting for the announcement of EKO being on the list of ‘Cyprus’ Best Workplaces™ List 2022’, Mr George Gregoras, CEO of EKO Cyprus, stated: “Our driving force at EKO is our people, so earning the Great Place to Work® certification is very important as well as a great honour for the company!
