“Fuel marketing and pricing” Conference

A conference for the marketing and pricing of fuel was held with great success on Thursday, 15th of February 2018 at the “Press House” Hall, in Nicosia. The event was open to journalists from all print and broadcast media of Cyprus.

The aim of the conference was to inform about the international developments on the negotiation of crude oil prices as well as about the determinants of fuel retail prices in the Cyprus market and it was attended by Messrs Roberto Karahannas, General Manager of Domestic and International Retail General Division at the Hellenic Petroleum Group, Giannis Koronaios, Senior Manager of Group Corporate Affairs Division, Christos Tziolas, Head of Strategic Planning and Retail Activities’ Development at the Hellenic Petroleum Group and George Gregoras, CEO of Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to be briefed and exchange views on issues relating to every stage of the supply chain and the fuel pricing mechanisms thus significantly enhancing their knowledge on the mineral oil sector.

At the end of his speech, Mr George Gregoras stressed the Company’s will to continue with similar initiatives that will on the one hand, further strengthen the relationship of confidence and transparency between the society and Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus and on the other, enhance knowledge on liquid fuel pricing.
