EKO: The First EKO Smile Challenge of the Year Successfully Concluded, with a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300e as the Grand Prize

With the award-winning EKO Smile at its core, EKO once again rewards the consumers who trust it, through a distinctive and reliable competition that offers unique prizes.

The first EKO Smile Challenge of the year, held on Monday, February 2, 2026, as part of the New EKO Smile Contest campaign, named Andronikos Georgiou as the winner of a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300e 4M Plug-in Hybrid, with a total value of €80,100.

The event took place in a specially designed and fully equipped venue at The Landmark Hotel in Nicosia. The lucky contestant successfully completed three consecutive challenges testing knowledge, memory, and skills, before immediately receiving the keys to the luxury Mercedes-Benz GLC 300e 4M Plug-in Hybrid from EKO’s CEO, Mr. George Gregoras.

Throughout the entire process, EKO executives and members of management and human resources, media representatives, as well as friends and relatives of the contestants, were in attendance. The evening was hosted by Ms. Andri Karantoni, who professionally and successfully coordinated the challenges “Find the Symbols,” “EKO Knowledge,” and “EKO Puzzle,” announcing the winner’s name at the conclusion of the event.

EKO continues to implement this winner-selection format, which the company originally introduced to the Cypriot market, offering an enhanced competition experience characterized by modern communication and high aesthetic standards. The contestant selection process had taken place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, via the online platform random.org, which does not allow human intervention in the process. The draw was conducted by the Mayor of Latsia–Geri, Mr. Christos Pittaras, in the presence of an independent Legal Advisor as well as EKO senior executives, ensuring full transparency.

Following the conclusion of this year’s first EKO Smile Challenge, EKO CEO Mr. George Gregoras stated: “The strong response from the public to the EKO Smile app is a source of inspiration for us. It motivates us to continuously enhance our reward initiatives by designing experiences that elevate everyday life. With a steady focus on innovation and high-quality standards, EKO Smile has evolved into a key pillar of the overall purchasing experience, strengthening the bond of trust with our customers. At EKO, meaningful rewards and excellent service are a strategic choice. We remain committed to investments that foster long-term loyalty, credibility, and business excellence.”

It is also noted that three (3) additional Mercedes-Benz GLC 300e 4M Plug-in Hybrid vehicles will be awarded to winners of upcoming EKO Smile Challenge rounds to be held throughout the year. Participation in each EKO Smile Challenge is exclusively available to users who have installed EKO Smile on their mobile devices.
