Limassol Marathon

The contribution to society and social issues are important factors of the corporate culture in Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus.
EKO through its corporate social responsibility recognizes and dynamically participates in activities that promote Cyprus internationally.  Moreover Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus with its CSR program has developed programs and actions which provide financial support to institutions and vulnerable groups of the population.
On the 29th of March 2015 a group of volunteers from EKO consisting of people from Nicosia headquarters and Larnaca Installation, run along with volunteers of the Foundation "Hope" for children with cancer and leukemia in the corporate 5km Road of the 9th International Marathon held in Limassol aiming in the financial support of the foundation.
At the marathon's finish line the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Mr. Andreas Stratis, at the presence of other Managers and employees of EKO as well as members of “HOPE” foundation, offered the amount of € 3000 to Mrs. Andrea Papadopoulou board member of the Foundation.
