Taking into account that maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for the employees, associates, customers and visitors effectively contributes to the development of a business, HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A. held again this year the “5th Conference on Health, Safety and the Environment”.
During the Conference, held on the 15th & 16th of March 2017, participants from all the subsidiaries of the HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group had the opportunity to exchange experiences and examine in detail all issues relating to Health and Safety at work, which are considered top priority for the HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group.
The welcoming speeches were delivered by the General Manager of the Domestic and International Retail, Mr. Roberto Karachannas, the International Retail Senior Director, Mr. Costas Mademlis and the Managing Director of HELLENIC PETROLEUM Cyprus, Mr. George Gregoras.
Health and safety at work is one of the most complex and multi-disciplinary subject areas. During the Conference, the participants had the chance to share their knowledge and know-how, while it was stressed that the Group’s commitment is to promote and implement programmes for the improvement of Health and Safety conditions at work.
